What we do for Findel Education

We provide a continuous supply of foam rugby, soccer and plain balls in all 4 primary colours. Our 'just in time' manufacturing system enables Findel the flexibility of ordering on very short lead times which allows them stock replenishment exactly when needed without increasing costly warehousing space.

Our equipment
We have 2 main production lines uniquely named 'big ball' and 'small ball'. Big ball is a Urofoam original and has been making footballs and rugby balls every day since 1988! Small ball is our youngest machine and has a capacity of around 4500 units per day.

Packaging & delivery
Special care labels and warning bags are arranged to go out with specific products and palletising product for delivery is all carefully recorded and monitored. Our close links with local haulage firms give Findel the confidence that we can adhere to their timed delivery slots and continue the lean systems they rely on us for.
